How is my PCB price calculated?
Pricing is based on your board specifications: layer count, material type, board dimensions, quantity, surface finish, minimum trace/space, hole sizes, and selected lead time. Our quoting engine calculates the cost in real-time when you upload your files.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We support everything from single prototype boards to production volumes of 10,000+ pieces. Volume discounts apply automatically at higher quantities.
How much does rush/expedited production cost?
Rush fees depend on your board complexity. Typically, 24-hour turn adds 100-200% to the standard price, 48-hour adds 50-100%, and 72-hour adds 30-50%. Exact rush pricing is shown during the quoting process.
Are there any hidden fees (tooling, E-test, etc.)?
No. Our quoted price includes tooling charges, electrical testing (flying probe or fixture), vacuum packaging, and standard quality inspection. What you see in your quote is what you pay.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Price breaks are applied automatically based on quantity. Higher volumes mean better panel utilization and amortized setup costs, which we pass directly to you as savings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer (T/T), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Alipay. For orders over $5,000, we can arrange NET-30 terms for qualified customers.
Is shipping included in the quoted price?
Shipping via DHL Express is calculated separately based on your destination and package weight. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
